The year is just about up and 2023 is right around the corner. I can't say for sure if it'll be better than 2022. I just know this decade will be a traumatizing one for sure.
I am at least relieved this awful year is over with. I'm sorry to say but it's been a horrible year for me and those very close to me. My father's been hospitalized about five times and is losing the use of his legs. Dealing with a very close friend with cancer and fighting to get her treatment and surgery so she can be cancer-free by New Year's. Had a job and lost a job in under a month. Losing childhood heroes and idols. Been battling depression and fighting off suicidal thoughts.
I really pray next year is merciful. I want to turn my life around, move in with my boyfriend and hopefully get a new job.
I'm sad we lost so much this year: people, places, events, etc. It's too painful to list them all. So with that, it's best to put it behind us like the rest of the year and prepare for the new. For better or worse, we can get through this. Think more on the positive and plan for what's to come, that's all I can advise. So Happy New Year folks and see you in 2023.

Good news, my friend's post-surgery needs have been fulfilled. She'll be cancer-free by next year. Thank you to everyone who helped us reach our goal and saving the life of our friend. Hope you'll have a Happy Holidays.
And with that, I'm closing up shop with commissions for the entire year. I have alot I owe that I need to work on. I'll probably re-open sometime in late February or March.
